We had an amazing experience buying my wife’s 2026 Ocean Gem Toyota Camry SE from Pablo at Steven Toyota! It was fine, I knew exactly what I wanted. It just so happens the car that I wanted was arriving in a couple of weeks. The sales person, Michael was pleasant so no issues. The normal wanting to sell me an extended warranty by the finance guy which in part would have covered the already manufacturers 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty was a bit annoying. Other than that, I would have no issues purchasing a car from Steven Toyota.

Hands down the best service you will find in Harrisonburg v.a . Kary Vazquez is the BEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I've ever encountered she was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process she went above and beyond. Kary helped me with a rental when insurance where dragging there feet so I wouldn't go without a vehicle. Marcus was super friendly and helpful (and convincing haha). The only downside was a little bit of waiting due to the number of customers in the dealership at the same time.
