Had oil change/tire rotation and once over and they found a nail in one of my tires. I hadn’t noticed in pressure drop in the tire. Good catch with all the happenings up coming. Thanks

Went to Steven Toyota on Thursday just browsing, not sure what kind of vehicle I really wanted or even if I wanted a Toyota or not. Met with 2 very knowledgeable and friendly representatives named Sam and Greg. They were able to answer all of my questions. Sam was a pleasure to work with and helped me decide what kind of vehicle I wanted/needed and helped to get the payments within my budget. When the time came for the paperwork, Greg worked to make this as painless as possible.🤑 Both gentlemen worked together as a team and made this experience very pleasant and memorable. My husband and I have been doing a lot of car shopping for the past 5 months. We were looking for SUV cars but then we decided to stick with a sedan. We came to Steven Toyota in Harrisonburg and Mike greeted us. He asked what we were looking for and my husband gave him an idea. We test drove a Toyota corolla and a Toyota Camry. My husband fell more in love with the Toyota Camry but I didn't want a white car just not a huge fan of white but in the show room they had a 2024 grey Toyota Camry hybrid and I fell in love with it and so did my husband! Mike was super helpful and being sure to give us the information we needed and answered all the questions we had. He was super polite and very patient with us and it was just over all the best experience we had when buying a car! Me and my wife bought a toyota 4runner at Steven's toyota and masar was the salesman and he went the extra mile to sale us the vehicle he was excellent also the other staff was very good as well very good to deal
