Steven Toyota has a very impressive team in their service department. Due to unforseen circumstances, this is my 4th new vehicle in 13 months so I've experienced several service departments. Everyone was polite, I wasn't rushed, the service was done in a reasonable amount of time, the chairs comfortable. As a bonus there was coffee, cold drinks and donuts!
