After 3 previous owners, I took over January 20th, 1992. I brought 26 years of automotive experience (which included 20 years working with Toyota) and soon made the Harrisonburg, VA franchise one of the best in Toyota’s Central Atlantic Region. In 1995, because of the ever-increasing pressure of increased sales and service, we expanded our facilities to include “state of the art” clean-up, detail and reconditioning departments. In 2000, we acquired an additional 5.7 acres to once again grow to meet our growing family of satisfied customers. In 2006 we remolded our showroom and expanded it considerably. In 2010 we added almost 200 parking spaces for our ever-expanding used car business.

I just got my 2026 Toyota Highlander Platinum and am very happy with it! The car arrived in the time frame that was estimated in our original visit and was exactly what I wanted. The financial transaction took longer than it should have even though there was no financing, but that seems to be standard accross dealerships in my opinion. Pablo Santibanez was a great salesman and was very patient with us as we considered our options. We highly recommend Pablo to help with your future purchase.
