Marcus and Logan were fantastic during my recent visit! I was clear upon arrival that I wasn't ready to buy, but wanted to test drive the model I wanted to be sure of my planned purchase. Not only were they happy to help, but they pulled a vehicle out of the showroom for me to test drive. Marcus was so laid back, giving me all the ins and outs of my preferred model and helping me make sure I knew what I wanted. They did not try to push a same day purchase, but ran the numbers so that I could plan for the monthly payment! I'll definitely be back and next time, I'm leaving in a new ride!

Steven Toyota-Kia always has friendly personnel to greet you in the garage. They are accommodating with a comfortable waiting area. I like how they keep you updated with videos on your phone throughout.

Great service, always on time, with a very professional and courteous staff. The in-progress videos are really nice and show you what is really going on with your vehicle. The customer waiting area is clean and comfortable, and typically has free snacks and drinks.

I purchased a RAV4 from Steven Toyota and I absolutely love it! I've never shopped at Toyota and I've never bought a car before, but John Glover was the best salesman for the job. He presented me with excellent options, made the process streamlined, and simplified it in ways that made sense to a novice car buyer. John is knowledgable and he will keep your best interest at the forefront of his motivation. Update: I had my 1 year state inspection completed here with Nick and the rest of the service team. Nick was exceptionally personable, immediately making me feel integrated into the team upon retrieving my keys after an inspection. The entire process was remarkably streamlined and efficient. I now consider Steven Toyota the benchmark for automotive service, as their team delivers a level of professionalism and customer care that is unparalleled in my experience.
