Back home helping my “older” parents with buying a new car. Marcus had helped them with a previous purchase but unfortunately an accident happened. (Not their fault). The experience I had at Steven Toyota was very positive. The sales staff was very attentive and very willing to help. We reviewed a few options on the lot and with assistance from John Glover, our salesperson, we made a decision. I told John what I was looking for and what I didn't want and he did exactly that. John, thank you again. The financing process was fast and we were on our way in no time. The showroom was was clean and comfortable. So far, we are happy with the purchase and will be returning customers for the next one.

Emily, the service rep., for Kia is a great representative for the dealership. She is very great in answering your questions and concerns when you bring your vehicle for work. She is the best service representative I have ever worked with. I have a Kia dealership closer to me. However the service Emily provides I will continue bringing my vehicle for service to her.

I’ve been searching for a Toyota Supra and, as I had great experience earlier purchasing a 4Runner with them, I went to Steven Toyota to see if they could help. I had a specific model and options in mind. Sales Manger Carey Knicely was welcoming and open to helping me. Within a few minutes he had several options and turned sales over to John Glover. John spent an amazing amount of time and patience in answering all my questions and walking me through the sale. They both made it so easy without pressure. When the car arrived John Glover spent a great deal of time answering questions and showing me in detail the options and operations. This could not have been a more pleasant and enjoyable experience. And I love the Supra. I highly recommend Steven Toyota for sales and service.

Our insurance company asked me to update my active VRC Ant-Theft Device coverage. I knew we purchased a LoJact but did not know about the subscription terms. I spoke with Bethany who shared information about how this works. But then she went a step further and said she would look up the information on my account and get back with me. She quickly texted me the information that I needed that was most helpful. Bethany was professional, welcoming and eager to help !
