Service was performed on schedule. Staff friendly and professional. Will be back. 11/14/22 Update. Same positive experience. This time I used provided workspace and WiFi to work while waiting. 6/15/25 update - Same positive experience. Enjoyed a complimentary coffee and doughnut and my car was ready. 3 /09/26 update - Same positive experience. I had a more detailed maintenance this time. Staff again friendly and peofessional. I received a commentary shuttle ride to my home

My RAV4 had a scheduled oil change today. It was quick, handled efficiently, with a thorough look at all filters, fluids and mechanicals. Service Manger accepted a discount coupon., reducing the cost by $30! Well done Steven Toyota!

Emily, the service rep., for Kia is a great representative for the dealership. She is very great in answering your questions and concerns when you bring your vehicle for work. She is the best service representative I have ever worked with. I have a Kia dealership closer to me. However the service Emily provides I will continue bringing my vehicle for service to her.

Usually I don’t write reviews about a dealership right after buying a car. Any dealer will try to sell you a vehicle — that’s normal. But the real quality of a dealership shows itself in the*after-sales service. That’s exactly why I wanted to leave this review for Steven Toyota and especially thank service advisor Kary Perez. I came in with an issue on my vehicle through an external warranty. The situation was not very clear to me at first, but Kary explained everything calmly and professionally — what the options were, what the warranty would cover, and what repairs were actually needed. They also helped arrange a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired, which made the situation much easier. Kary stayed in touch the whole time and was always available if I had questions. As someone who immigrated to the United States, it was genuinely nice to experience this level of customer care and professionalism. Overall, my experience with Steven Toyota has been very positive. The team handled everything professionally and at a very high level. Thank you for the help and support.
