We worked with Mike McMillan on the purchase of a new vehicle and a trade in. Overall the process was very easy, never pressured. The only complaint at all is that the dealership has no control over getting vehicles from the factory/port and thus cannot specify when the vehicle will arrive to the lot.

Work was done on schedule.
