I have been looking for a Gen 5 4Runner for a long time. I came across a sweet one and immediately reached out. My first contact was Bethany Frye who was more than helpful. She directed me to my man Brian Morrison who was extremely helpful during negotiations. We got a deal done in principal. Then Stacy Williams took care of my financing with no issues whatsoever. I had an exceptional experience at Steven Toyota mostly because I was fortunate enough to have a dedicated and determined salesperson. Justin understood what kind of vehicle I was looking for and searched for months until he exceeded my expectations. Communication with him was always informative but not pushy. After finding my perfect vehicle he secured a great deal for me and was so helpful in getting me accustomed to all the features of my new 2024 Grand Highlander. Unfortunately our home was lost to fire on 2/23/22; along with the fire my Tacoma was totaled also. I believe that all things work together for good, whatever the circumstance. The night of the tragedy I went to Steven Toyota near the ending of work hours, in hopes to speak with one of the owners on duty, Cory Sodikoff. Cory offered his hand of compassion to me and my wife and even offered to find us lodging for the night. Out of this conversation came the reality of purchasing another Tacoma soon to be. We always made our purchases at Steven Toyota through many years. There has been no consideration through the years to shop for a vehicle any where else. Cory directed Logan to make leeway for our needs. This is where we met Marcus, a man that assisted us in the search for the perfect vehicle. He layed out the options that were available. He did a wonderful job of securing a Tacoma for us during our crisis and followed through on his promises to see us through the sales portion.Rapport is not developed overnight and because of all of our feelings through the years, this day was made possible and practical.
