The salesmen was outstanding !!! John explained everything. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional . The dealership took my 08 Tundra in trade despite its troubles. The service manager went out of his way to help me even though he was extremely busy. I’m very proud to have my new Tundra, it’s the 5th Tundra I have owned. I was rear ended in one buy a truck doing 55mph and I was at a complete stop. Tundra’s high quality saved my life!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've had. John was a great salesperson. He was attentive and personable and was not pushy but still covered all available options. Bethany was also great in getting me information before driving up and DJ was very clear and concise with his lending information. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend going to this dealership if you are interested in a new car.

Marcus was our salesperson. What was outstanding is that he listened to our requirements and did not attempt to upsell us. We had to come back to complete the transaction because we were not completely ready. When we came back, we knew he would not be there, but he had other staff ready with paperwork done so we were there only a few minutes. Everyone else that we interacted with at the dealership was personable and helpful. Would recommend this dealership and our salesperson Marcus.

When my wife showed me a picture of the car she wanted, I sent it straight to Steven Toyota into the hands of John Glover. Within a few days, he had found the car and had it ordered. The car took a bit of time to be manufactured, however, John was very communicative about where the car was in the process and gave any updates that he had. We live a good distance from the dealership so when the day came, and the car had arrived, John offered to deliver the car! Which was completely unexpected, but also completely appreciated. This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Steven Toyota. Even if it is far from where we live, the next one we purchase will be from them as well. After our interactions with both Steven Toyota and John, I can’t recommend these guys enough. They’re great.

I had a great experience at Steven Toyota in Harrisonburg. My salesman, Pablo was very knowledgeable and professional. I came in looking for certain necessary options and nice to have features. Pablo was able to match my needs to several on the lot cars as well a cars that we due in to the dealership. He walked me thru the buttons and levers in the control panel of my new car. There were a lot and in different locations than my trade-in. As a senior citizen the learning process took a while and I am still learning to be honest. I found everyone at the dealership to be very courteous and helpful.
