The experience I had at Steven Toyota was very positive. The sales staff was very attentive and very willing to help. We reviewed a few options on the lot and with assistance from John Glover, our salesperson, we made a decision. I told John what I was looking for and what I didn't want and he did exactly that. John, thank you again. The financing process was fast and we were on our way in no time. The showroom was was clean and comfortable. So far, we are happy with the purchase and will be returning customers for the next one.

I’ve been searching for a Toyota Supra and, as I had great experience earlier purchasing a 4Runner with them, I went to Steven Toyota to see if they could help. I had a specific model and options in mind. Sales Manger Carey Knicely was welcoming and open to helping me. Within a few minutes he had several options and turned sales over to John Glover. John spent an amazing amount of time and patience in answering all my questions and walking me through the sale. They both made it so easy without pressure. When the car arrived John Glover spent a great deal of time answering questions and showing me in detail the options and operations. This could not have been a more pleasant and enjoyable experience. And I love the Supra. I highly recommend Steven Toyota for sales and service.

She is the best service representative I have ever worked with. I have a Kia dealership closer to me. However the service Emily provides I will continue bringing my vehicle for service to her.
