Vehicle Description
2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE AWD
96,559 Miles | CARFAX 1-Owner | Hybrid | AWD | 12 Service History Records
If your priorities are fuel economy, all-weather capability and Toyota dependability, this 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE AWD offers a lot of value. Finished in Midnight Black Metallic, it pairs Toyota's proven hybrid system with electronic all-wheel drive and the everyday practicality that has made the RAV4 Hybrid one of the most popular SUVs on the road.
Yes, it has 96,559 miles — but the history helps explain them. CARFAX shows this was a one-owner commercial vehicle that averaged approximately 32,669 miles per year and accumulated 12 service history records along the way.
The History — Right Up Front
CARFAX reports a minor accident on April 28, 2025. The RAV4 was involved in a rear-end collision, with damage reported to the rear and right-rear. CARFAX classifies the damage as Minor, and the airbags did not deploy.
CARFAX also reports no total loss, no odometer rollback indication and no open recalls.
A Strong Maintenance Story
This wasn't a 96,000-mile vehicle that simply piled on mileage without attention. Its CARFAX history shows repeated oil changes and tire rotations, along with Toyota dealer inspections, brake checks and even a high-voltage hybrid battery check at approximately 23,000 miles.
More recently, the vehicle received a coolant service at 79,887 miles and another oil change, air filter, cabin filter and wiper service at 87,831 miles.
