This 2020 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD has more miles than some, but it also comes with a service and ownership story we know unusually well. It was previously sold here by Steven Toyota as a Toyota Certified Used Vehicle, and much of its subsequent maintenance was completed right here at our dealership.
Finished in Celestial Silver Metallic with a black interior, this Highlander combines Toyota’s 3.5L V6, all-wheel drive, three-row versatility and the comfort of the XLE trim.
The History — Right Up Front
CARFAX reports two separate minor-damage events. The first occurred on June 21, 2021, with minor damage noted to the front. The second occurred on August 20, 2024, with minor damage reported to the right rear and right side. Both events are classified by CARFAX as Minor, rather than moderate or severe.
CARFAX also reports no total loss, no airbag deployment, no odometer rollback indication and no open recalls.
We Know This Highlander
This Highlander first came through Steven Toyota in early 2022 with about 60,000 miles. We inspected and serviced it, then sold it as a Toyota Certified Used Vehicle. Its second owner kept it for roughly four and a half years and averaged only about 10,000 miles per year.
Since then, the vehicle has returned to Steven Toyota repeatedly for maintenance, including oil changes, inspections, brake service, alignment work, transmission-fluid service, A/C service and other routine care.

Before offering it for sale again, our service department completed another used-car inspection and invested nearly $2,000 in recent reconditioning, including:

Rear brake rotors resurfaced
Power liftgate struts/motors replaced on both sides

The front rotors were replaced because the aftermarket drilled/slotted rotors on the vehicle were noisy, pulsating and could not be resurfaced. The liftgate repair addressed an intermittent sticking/no-open condition.
