We were traveling on the area when the airconditioning on our Tundra went out. We made an appointment at Steven Toyota. Our advisor was Edgardo. We got absolutely the best service anyone could hope for. They even arranged for a rental car so that we did not have to miss out on a day's vacation because of car trouble. When it was all done they repaired the Airconditioning and also fixed a long standing nuisance with a blinker light bulb. They even fixed the latch to the console box. Steven Toyota 's service d apartment is the best we have ever experienced.

I bought my Kia Sorento from Steven Kia. I was having issues with it, so I took it into the service department at Steven Toyota. They worked with my warranty company to see if they would cover the issues. When the warranty company refused, they took it upon themselves to reach out to Kia directly, which ended up getting my repair covered. They went above and beyond for me. I can't thank Emily (service advisor) and her mechanics enough for dealing with all the issues that arose over the 2 months of them having my vehicle in their possession. Lindsey was also awesome to work with as well, even though I didn't have as much interaction with her. Every staff member that I did have contact with was amazing and I am beyond happy with the service I received.

My fiancé and I made our first major car purchase with Mesar and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle. He made sure to walk us through everything and I even went back with a few questions about the vehicle and he didn't hesitate to try and help. I had my 3 year old son with me when we made the purchase and it was a timely thing so by the end of it my child was wild, thankfully Mesar and other dealers tried to make him and us feel as comfortable as possible.

This was easily the smoothest time i've ever had a dealership. There was even no issue when I suddenly decided to come up there a day early and let them know 45 minutes before showing up. They paired me with Michael McMillan who didn't even try to give me the run around with getting me into what he wanted me in. He knew I showed up specifically for the ONE 2018 Camry they had and sold me on it instantly. Process was easy and smooth.
