We drove 2 hours from Maryland today to see a used Toyota 4Runner, greeted by a few guys from the dealership, and asked to see Sam. He took us through looking at the 4Runner we initially came for, which we didn’t entirely fall in love with, and wanted to look at other options. We settled on test driving a Toyota Highlander they had, and decided it was the one! Sam Gottfried was amazing in handling everything for us! He was patient and understanding when we needed to take time to discuss our next move, and then swift and transparent when the time came to pull the trigger! Couldn’t have asked for better assistance in our car buying experience today. Toward the end, we dealt with Brian in financing who was also great. 10/10 recommend coming to Steven Toyota if you’re in the market & make sure you ask for Sam!

I went to Steven’s Toyota in May to buy a 2026 RAV4 Limited. Unfortunately, there was a backlog in production with Toyota due to the new body style. Francisco was great in letting me know when the vehicle would be delivered. I am delighted with my new car and so far, it is running great!

I always bring my 2005 RAV into Steven Toyota for State Inspection. Haven't had much work done ...It 's a tough little car...even with some age on it.Today, I came in for not only Inspection polished and cleared headlights. Happy to be greeted by a lovely lady who is a most professional and friendly lady to keep me updated on the work done on my car. I wouldn't take my RAV anywhere else.👍 PS....Coffee and donuts were DELICOUS!!!!
