Praise the Lord fam! Great news! There is still integrity in the Valley! This is part 2 of the Horrible Nightmare dealing with fromally called 'Harrisonburg Honda'🤮😡...(unfortunately the remnant remains in place....👎🏿)... So, Mon afternoon (230pm) my wife heads out to work and her 2025 Hybrid Honda Civic Sport less than 1yr w/ < 6000 miles would not start! She was blessed to be at home... so we call roadside assistance [I'll save the drama... the car was not towed to Harrisonburg Honda until shortly after midnight!!! They call us in the morning and say that a part has to be ordered and replaced and it will take about 3 days, but don't worry it's under warranty (really!?...) we ask about a loaner so she can get back and forth to work.... Oh no, sorry we don't do that!!!!! We explained and pleaded with them, told them about the ordeal of no road side service, how we had to call our insurance to even get a tow and the car is not a year old... their response was basically 'two tears and a bucket!'.... That's what they call treating you right! Not to mention we had to call them a dozen times, constantly put on hold for eternity! Finally we reached out to America Honda made a complaint and shared with them what happened... They were very supportive of the brand gave us a case manager and are looking into the situation. Just for kicks we said how about we call Steven Toyota (grasping at straws now...) We got straight through, the young lady was as kind and friendly as she could be (mind you we bought the car from next door, before Steven took over!).. After she heard our story she said that she was so sorry! However because of the time of the evening her service manager was not in but that she would put a note with our name and number on it and explain the situation.... O.k we where not expecting much except to bring awareness of how we where treated at Harrisonburg Honda since it was now Steven Honda... And yes we prayed! And we give all the glory, honor, and praise to our Lord Jesus Christ! But those folks called us the next morning and said please come on in we have a car for you until yours is repaired!!! No questions asked! Now that's what makes customers for life! Sincere, genuine service and consern! And full disclosure -> as you can see from just a few of the pics we have bought several cars from Honda (3), and Steven Toyota (2) and Steven Kia(1). 2012 Honda Civic, 2020 Hybrid Honda CRV, 2025 Hybrid Honda Civic Sport, 2025 Honda ??? (Sister), 2025 Kia Nero, 2017 or 18 Toyota Camry , and 2019 Toyota CHR (don't quote me on the year, but it was brand new.. the pic with salesman Mike).. The first car we purchased was the gray Toyota Camry and the sales man was that brother in the pic who unfortunately is no longer with us... But he did such a great job that we have been buying vehicles every since... that was for my wife, and the car she had was not only upside down (worth less then we owed) and we left with a brand new Camry at an affordable price and interest and just became a fan for life.... Time would not permit me to review how low Honda (people not vehicle!) their finance is shady to be mild, crooked to be honest! And every one toes the line... right, wrong , or indifferent ! In conclusion - Warm thank you to the moon Steven Toyota!🤗🥰!!!! "I'll be back.... and with friends!".. and I hope eventually the Honda remnant will be gone and your Culture will bleed through.... again thank you greatly and may God Bless all of you! K. Lang P.S. Jose and all the mechanics are absolutely great, they do very thorough and proper work. Everyone is polite, professional and very friendly. If you need work done just ask to talk to Jose. He’s a stand up dude and will help you with anything you need. Everyone in the front are all great as well. Mike McMillan and Carey Nicely is our people we always see, both are great and honest guys. I’ve always felt they have put my family’s safety as well as affordability first. Mike is the guy to start off with, showing you the cars test driving, etc. Then ask to work with Carey on financing, Carey's the man. Those are the guys to see no doubt, patient, professional and laid back. They will 1000% help you out and make things work for you to get the vehicle you want in the price you need. My family and I will be Steven Toyota customers for life. Hoping to trade in and get a Taco manual TRD off road soon myself. I had a 1990 Toyota pickup with a 22re…. Had 600k on the dash was STILL RUNNING!! and it doesn’t even matter, mini vans to Tundras. All built like Tanks. I’ve hunted in the back country and snow, packed deer out, camped and hauled my bass tournament kayak on a Rav 4… then turned around and hauled 3 kids and a dog. Always had Chevy trucks and Toyotas. YOU WANT SOMETHING THAT WILL LITERALLY RUN FOREVER? GO GET A YOTA AT STEVEN TOYOTA!!!! 😎

Steven service really knocked it out of the park. Kyla Weaver was in top of everything. I have brought my truck in a few times, never a simple issue, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I have never experienced the level of service as I have from Steven Toyota and Kyla Weaver

Justin is absolutely the man to see if you want a awesome ride at a great price. Between him, the GSM Logan, and Stacey in finance, my experience was fantastic. I came in with no intention of buying a car that day but they found a way to offer me everything I wanted and more! Steven automotive is the way to go if you want to buy a car.
