This place is awesome. great follow-up and amazing people.

While on vacation in Harrisonburg we decided to take a day and test drive some cars to see what we liked for a future purchase. Marcus was so gracious and also knowlegable. After taking time to get to know us and learning what we were looking for, hebled us to a used vehicle that we didn't have on our list. My wife loved the vehicle. Unlike most salespeople we experienced, Marcus was wise enough not to push but rather to provide information and give us time to do our research on the Venza. He stayed in touch and provided additional information the next day. He worked hard for us, respected us, and earned our business even though we hadn't planned to buy that week. All the people we met there were polite and helpful as well. As a former sales guy, I was impressed with Marcus and his customer-centered approach. He earned our business and our admiration.

Fast appointment schedule for last minute emergency and great customer service.

I was very pleased with my prompt service for my 2020 Toyota 4Runner today. Brooke McCardle was my Service Advisor. She was very helpful and gave good advice to what was needed at the time. My 4Runner was finished in a timely manner.

Emily, the service rep., for Kia is a great representative for the dealership. She is very great in answering your questions and concerns when you bring your vehicle for work. She is the best service representative I have ever worked with. I have a Kia dealership closer to me. However the service Emily provides I will continue bringing my vehicle for service to her.

The video of the vehicle inspection was 29 sec. Of the closed hood of my car. Tires were rotated but pressure not checked. Readings are 38 37 34 33. There was no communication about the results of the recall.

Service at Steven Toyota was good, but the waiting area and kids' areas left a lot to be desired. The chairs in the waiting area had the cloth under the topcoat showing. I took my granddaughter to the kids' area and was severely disappointed. There were three battered board books and a car she could sit in. That's all, no games or building blocks.

Started on my vehicle sooner than my appointment and provided shuttle service to my house and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. This was appreciated very much.
