Nearly every time, I've had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Greco as my service advisor. Nick is consistently polite, helpful, and communicative. He takes the time to engage not only with me but also with the technician, ensuring I clearly understand the maintenance and repair process. Thanks to him, my vehicle is always serviced efficiently and thoroughly. While I realize I have no direct stake in your internal operations, I found myself wondering during my most recent visit—after three years of consistently outstanding service—why someone like Nick hasn't been promoted. All of your staff provide great service, but Nick stands out. He's one of those rare employees who brings exceptional value and consistency to the customer experience—something that isn’t easy to find. In any case, I remain extremely satisfied with the service I receive at Steven Toyota and will continue to return whenever my vehicle needs work. Very friendly and helpful. Every organized and ready for me upon check in. They keep you updated on progress of service call. Sends a video of the repairs needed so you see and understand what needs to be done.

My 17 jeep wrangler had an issue with an injector. Called steven toyota shop got an appointment and had the jeep towed in. They got the jeep into service the next day. Fixed the issue with no pain. Thank got for the warranty, covered everything. The guys in the shop are top notch. Very happy.

I hate car dealerships but Hoger, my salesman, did his best to make sure my experience was painless. He kept me updated on every step of the process, which I appreciated. Was given alot more than expected for my trade in . Everything went fast. I had to take a star because I haven't had the car a week and the engine light came on . They charged 153 for a test the auto stores do completely free. . And the exact thing auto zone said was the issue at steven toyota . Thankful to the auto stores that's not trying to make money off people living paycheck to paycheck and don't have that much money to put out . It upsets me I didn't have it a week steven toyota could of done that test for free .

All the service staff were very friendly and attentive and addressed my concern with care. They are the best!
