I didn't really intend to buy a car immediately, but we found a Nissan Rogue at a great price and decided to go for it. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and helpful. Jimmy Cunningham helped us with the sale, and he was great. He didn't pressure us at all, which is probably exactly why we bought the car that day. He gave my kids hot wheels to play with, and he talked about Pokemon with my son and kitties with my daughter. He is genuinely a sweet person, and I think that he helped us to find exactly the car that we wanted. I would definitely buy another car here in the future.

Recently purchased a Prius from Steven Toyota in Harrisonburg. Worked with Justin in sales and Greg in Finance—overall excellent experience. Justin showed me models I was interested in, answered questions and sent follow-up texts with details, several test drives, never any pressure to buy, just friendly service. Greg showed me all the finance options when it came time to finalize the sale. If anyone is looking for a Toyota I would 100% recommend these folks for an honest, no pressure experience.

Quick service, great communication and overall great experience. Communication was great from start to finish. Never have had an issue with the service department at Steven Toyota.

The service consultants are always very pleasant and accommodating. Today I dealt with Mike and was very pleased and look forward to the continued outstanding customer service that Steven Toyota has always provided going forward. In addition the entire service department at Steven Toyota is extremely clean and is fully customer focused.

We had a state inspection and an oil change done at Steven Toyota today. They were courteous and punctual. The inspection sticker was put on straight and the old glue cleaned off the windshield. I would suggest there being music playing in the waiting area and/or the TV put on a station that people could watch. Time would go faster and seem shorter in the wait time.

Customer service is always amazing! I do tire of always having to do these surveys, especially since I try to bring my vehicle in once a month for detailing.

Had a bad day at Steaven Toyota had to set a wait over 1 1/2 to have a tire rotation and a inspection after having a scheduled appointment did not appreciate that at all.

I had a good experience and the salesman Pablo was awsome.Love my new Tundra.
