They are always doing a great job, and help me with any problems my vehicle may have. The only not so great experience was waiting an hour and a half to see the finance manager to complete the transaction. Something about a new DMV program. Anyway all’s well that ends well. Maintenance went well, just tire rotation and oil change required for 20K service. Only issues were that tech marked as "required" and "failed inspections" for 2 recommended service items and then failed to reset "service required" notification on in car system

It was easy to make an appointment at a time and day that I wanted. I was greeted by friendly people that offered fresh hot coffee. The service I needed was done quickly and professionally. I was given an opportunity to ask any questions and then I was on my way. I would highly recommend!

Steven Toyota-Kia always has friendly personnel to greet you in the garage. They are accommodating with a comfortable waiting area. I like how they keep you updated with videos on your phone throughout.

Great service and friendly team to work with. Hoger knew info we needed in purchase of new hybrid car. He provided "hands on" instructions and did not rush our decision. Plus he did it with a smile. Brian provided more than one purchasing option. These options allowed for stress free purchase. Steven Toyota team work very well together. Professional teamwork with stress free purchase. We have never purchased a car with such ease. We drove a few miles to Steven Toyota location and it was well worth the drive. We will look here first for any future purchases.

I took my car in for inspection and to have my air conditoning checked as it was not working. Of course several things had to be done inorder to pass inspection so those had to be taken care of first, They did not pressure me to get other work done on car but I did ask them to add freone to air and it seems to be working now. Over all I was pleased with work done.
