Excellent service and wonderful staff

Great group at Steven Toyota, helped me find a great car and provided great benefit to buying a certified pre-own. Customer care experience and auto service were excellent, they went above and beyond.

I currently have my vehicle there for service. So far all the staff have been welcoming and receptive. I had a smooth drop off and thorough inspection. The services required were explained well along with the cost. I never once felt pressured or uneasy, the staff were courteous and reassuring. Shoutout to service advisor, Emily, for helping me along the way! Such a great environment at Steven Toyota.

We found our car online and with a quick email made an appt. When we arrived they had car ready for us. Mike McMillan was very helpful in answering questions and making us comfortable with our purchase. Stacey Williams got us a better financing deal than what we came in with and gave us some great warranties. We feel so much better knowing our daughter will have a reliable car with roadside assistance and Toyota extra care as she away from us at college. They really made the whole process smooth and easy.

It was quick and informative

I showed up at Steven Toyota without an appointment or calling ahead - was interested in a recently listed vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted by Masar and realized instantly he is a great communicator! We went on a test drive, and then looked the vehicle over for a while... Masar was patient and helpful the entire time. Deciding to purchase the vehicle, Masar and the Steven Toyota team went to work to make the process smooth and quick. Everyone was very professional, and easy to deal with - I felt it was a relaxed atmosphere the entire time! I genuinely enjoyed working with Masar, and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Emily, the service rep., for Kia is a great representative for the dealership. She is very great in answering your questions and concerns when you bring your vehicle for work. She is the best service representative I have ever worked with. I have a Kia dealership closer to me. However the service Emily provides I will continue bringing my vehicle for service to her.

I always bring my 2005 RAV into Steven Toyota for State Inspection. Haven't had much work done ...It 's a tough little car...even with some age on it.But today, I came in for not only Inspection but 4 NEW Tires!!! Happy to be greeted by the lovely Brooke who is a most professional and friendly lady to keep me updated on the work done on my car. I wouldn't take my RAV anywhere else.👍

Хочу порекомендовать продавца Дмитрия Цабелева, который не только помог найти хороший вариант но и проконтролировал что бы машину обслужили и зделали качественную химчистку салона. В результате я получил машину которая выглядит как новая. Техническое состояние на 10 из 10. Также Дмитрий установил мне программу которая помогает контролировать температуру батареи и настроил охлаждение батареи таким образом чтобы она дольше прослужила. Оцениваю работу Дмитрия на 10 баллов из 10.

I had my tires rotated, however, the maintenance light is still on. I am not sure why. Also, I purchased my tires from Steven Toyota, however, I was chared for the tire rotation which I was unaware of as my previous rotations have been free as a service to customers buying their tires from Steven.

We were charged a humongous amount without any prior information for services we did not ask. I feel they are making up on the loss from the pandemic by overcharging customers for simple services.
