Lindsey Swisher rented my Dad a 2024 Toyota Tacoma SR5 for the weekend. We had just moved into a house and we needed to move stuff, getting in the truck we was skeptical because “it’s a Tacoma “ and it rides nice, has features to protect the truck while moving things. Did I mention the turbo is amazing.

My service experience has been so far excellent. This is first Toyota, I was loyal to Subaru and Honda but the service experience finally push me to move on. .

Repair done in a timely manner. Am pleased.

I had my tires rotated, however, the maintenance light is still on. I am not sure why. Also, I purchased my tires from Steven Toyota, however, I was chared for the tire rotation which I was unaware of as my previous rotations have been free as a service to customers buying their tires from Steven.

We were charged a humongous amount without any prior information for services we did not ask. I feel they are making up on the loss from the pandemic by overcharging customers for simple services.

Recently took my car in for an inspection and oil change. I was greeted promptly by friendly staff, my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Was able to schedule the appointment online with no issues. No complaints on this visit.

Everyone was very professional and service was great.

Maintenance went well, just tire rotation and oil change required for 20K service. Only issues were that tech marked as "required" and "failed inspections" for 2 recommended service items and then failed to reset "service required" notification on in car system
