Marcus at Steven Toyota is the real deal. I’ve talked to a lot of car salespeople in my recent search for a new vehicle and the difference with him was night and day. Most salespeople I encountered spent the conversation trying to convince me that what I was looking for wasn’t actually what I needed. Marcus was the *complete opposite*. He took the time to genuinely understand what I was after, remembered the details, and worked hard to make it happen without any of the usual pressure or pivoting to something easier for him to sell. RAV4s are selling like crazy and Marcus stayed past closing to get my name on a vehicle, and he kept me consistently updated throughout the whole process without me having to chase him down. That kind of follow through and attentiveness is honestly hard to find in this experience. If you’re buying a Toyota in the Harrisonburg area, ask for Marcus. You’ll be glad you did!

Justin helped my fiance and I both get a 2019 Rav4 Premium with not the best credit. He went above and beyond to do anything he could to make sure we left the dealership satisfied. I just got my 2026 Toyota Highlander Platinum and am very happy with it! The car arrived in the time frame that was estimated in our original visit and was exactly what I wanted. The financial transaction took longer than it should have even though there was no financing, but that seems to be standard accross dealerships in my opinion.
