Originally, I went in to purchase some coil packs for my 2017 RAV4 limited. I had been looking for a car and hadn't found the right deal. So I stopped and asked the salesperson about some of the cars I was interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable and they happen to have one of the vehicles I was interested in and the right deal.. Many, many thanks to the Stevens Toyota staff for their kindness and help in assuring that a stranger on the phone would arrive home in York, PA safely yesterday. I called Steven's knowing that my water pump was not working properly, while about 40 miles away. When I explained my problem and asked if they could help, the very kind staff member, put me on hold. She then brought a technician online. He asked me questions, gave me directions on what to do to assure that I could drive the 40 miles safely, and said they would find the time to help me. HIs instructions worked. The service staff welcomed me, were very kind, asked questions, checked my car, explained everything and sent me on my way. There are more positive details to my Steven's stop. I mainly want to give thanks and recognition to Waleska, Logan, Kerry and Ashley. Who had never met me and treated me like a long time Steven's family member. They are truly better than The Best and so very kind. Thank you and If I could give you10 stars, I would do so.

If you want an easy going person as a sale representative ask for Justin. He answered all my questions and was easy to work with. Wasn't pushing me to buy, just gave me all the facts and let me make my own decisions.
